coachliz Yesterday was going to be hiit and hams/glutes, however, my 6:30 pm nap turned into a great nights' sleep. Ready for it today, for sure! ??

coachliz It hurts my feelings when people mock or tease others at the gym. It's rude and immature. "If you can't say anything nice..."

  • AMEN...I always think, "Well, at least they are at a gym and not sitting on their butt at home eating crap." That's gotta account for something. However, some stuff people do at the gym is absolutely HILARIOUS...but I would never laugh out loud at them!!

coachliz Late night hiit! 30 minutes, 5 + miles (elliptical and bike) with 8 sprints. A good nights sweat :-)
