How I Started:
Started training as a teenager for football and continued training and playing through college.
Why I Love It:
It is a stress release for me in addition to the other health benefits. Plus I like the way I look when i'm heavier.

I was 6% body fat one point during my college years. I'm headed back that direction now.

Goal (Long):
Balanced physique with 4% bodyfat to display deep cut and definition. More specifically, larger calves and quads, which are growing slower than my upper body despite getting twice the attention.
