Yo buddy. The lifting is going well enough I suppose. I really need to step things up a few notches. My lifting partner is soon coming back to the gym, so Ill be able to get back to lifting heavy again. There for a while I was ready to throw in the towel but I want to def. stick with it. I just need to work harder and eat heavier. How's everything going for you bud? Packing on the muscle, Im sure.
