Sorry man... been really busy. Trying to do my christmas crap but still hitting the gym! I've been getting some awesome strength gains. Weight loss is slow, but maybe cuz i'm gaining muscle mass too. I need to get my bf% checked. Sending you a PM about keto.

I'm doing a 4day split. Upper low rep, lower low rep, rest, upper high reps, lower high reps. And I'm on the first week of the keto diet.

Dang man... that's really low carbs. How are you keeping track, I put mine on fitday.com and what kind of food are you eating? I have friends who train with me, but aren't as consistent, so i feel like i'm training them. Did upper body today, gonna do legs again tomorrow!

5,0000 calories! Wow! That's what i call a bulk! I think my body would get too fat with that kind of calorie intake. Good for you! I'm doing a short cut and will re-evaluate on January.
