I was always interested in health and fitness, but while in college I pretty much studied hard and partied hard and it took its toll on my body. I was the fat/skinny guy. But once I finished school, I was able to afford a gym membership. Even though i started a while ago, it's not since i joined BB.com that i am able to learn from the articles and from other peoples experience that i'm actually seeing some real results.
Why I Love It:
I like the endorphines that it gives me. It helps reduce my stress and increases my energy. Knowing that i'm doing something good for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Checking out the Transformations of the Week & having friends to work out with. Reading and learning about the science behind training routines, diets, and supplements
So i haven't updated, but i completed the Keto diet for 4 weeks and lost a total of 8lbs. I have progress pics and the final ones seem to be really good! It was pretty hard, i would say i followed it about 80% of the time and i may have gone overboard with the cheat day on Saturday.
Cool ! I am glad everything went well! hahaha ! Yeah i wondering how you would even drink with that damm mask..LOL! Ok now back to business let's keep going and get back on track again bro !
Oh Really ! Ok well still watch you diet and you will still have good results. I had all measurements done and have made some nice increases. When you get a chance check it out. I will have will have everything checked again in 2 weeks !
i went to my local gym and had it done! I think i will invest in a caliber and a measuring tape do it myself. I have go back tomm to have all my other measurements taken to see where i am at. I will then have it done agin in 2 weeks or so. What about u ?
I def hear you on that homie..I up’d the cardio im trying to lean up more. Im actually hitting the full body 4 x’s a week. Best advice I can give you with that is, not to drop carbs drastically to avoid muscle loss. Check out this article by Layne Norton. Even though it's labeled as a pre-contest diet is still goes over KETO and a lot more. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fu n/layne36.htm. Good luck with it though and just stay dedicated. Hardwork pays off at the end.

Sounds like slowly but surely your diet and training is working. Good for you bro! Yeah i am working hard. I will be ok i am just putting in a extra day for the next 2 weeks so i can get ahead.
