I was always interested in health and fitness, but while in college I pretty much studied hard and partied hard and it took its toll on my body. I was the fat/skinny guy. But once I finished school, I was able to afford a gym membership. Even though i started a while ago, it's not since i joined BB.com that i am able to learn from the articles and from other peoples experience that i'm actually seeing some real results.
Why I Love It:
I like the endorphines that it gives me. It helps reduce my stress and increases my energy. Knowing that i'm doing something good for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Checking out the Transformations of the Week & having friends to work out with. Reading and learning about the science behind training routines, diets, and supplements

So i haven't updated, but i completed the Keto diet for 4 weeks and lost a total of 8lbs. I have progress pics and the final ones seem to be really good! It was pretty hard, i would say i followed it about 80% of the time and i may have gone overboard with the cheat day on Saturday.
homie...need your help and support...its Thanksgiving...have to check in on a bro and help keep me inline...lol especially since im ging home to home cooked meal i hope i dont do to much damage...It's not fair. man ive never really done a proper cutting phase, was kind of hoping i could slowly lose my bodyfat just getting bigger and eating right, but i gotta face the facts and do some cardio lol. what do u do to cut
I hear that man we all go through it. I usually like cooking my meals on Monday for the week to really help me stay on track. You can also cook the day or night before to avoid eating out. At least the training is there though speaking of training, time to get some CHEST in!

Things are going good! Right now I'm on a maintain diet while including cardio 3-4 times a week. Trying to cut bodyfat a little more. My routine is Monday-Friday with weekends off. You can do it man just stay motivated and keep the intensity up!
