clean eats every 3 hours
meal 1: 1/2 cup oats, 5eggwhites, dash of cinnamon, mix well and cook as a pancake..... top with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter and spoonful of raspberries
meal 2: 4 eggwhites, 1 small apple, green tea
meal 3: 25 grams grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccolli prework out
meal 4: 30 grams grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup yams, 2 cups spinach post workout
meal 5: 1 cup 0% fat greek yogurt, 1 tbsp all natural peanutbutter
meal 6: 4 eggwhites and sometimes add handful of raw almonds
I am open to any suggestions on modifications to my diet and welcome input!!!

ok.....so .... i have been absent from the gym and my diet for the last week... i just found out that i am going to be a mommy again.... of course the first thing out of my mouth went something like this" OMG! OMG... OMG! OMG... OMG... OMG.. OH SHIT... I love my friday night lifting sessions.... gotta love a gym all to yourself... music blaring...random "selfie" poses... and being able to sing your favorite tune at the top of your lungs!!! just me... my music...my iron.... and the security cameras in each room...oops....hope you enjoyed the show!!!! btw... meanwhile... everyone i know is out drinking and eating gut wrenching greasy food... fine by me... chalkin 1 up on the score board for myself!!! guess i just got a little ahead of...
sometimes we are faced with obsticles on our journey to our own personal best.... somedays we may miss a meal... miss a workout... have things change our best intensions .... learning to accept these mishaps as temporary and hoping back in the saddle as soon as possible should never be viewed as failure... for many of us this is a slow journey... as it should be.... so no matter what is thrown my direction today... and everyday after... i vow to my self to do the best that i can... hold my chin... I envy those that have the option to workout in the morning.... I wake up at 3:45 am.... get my son and I ready for the day... cook breakfast and pack meals for the day.... work at 6 am....eight hours.... off work and straight to the gym for a hour or better some days.... by the time I hit the gym I am tired! But today I am proud that I not only stuck to my diet with temptations in my face... but also that I nailed my back workout even being exhausted.... I didn't get to move up to the weight I...
