When I Started:
How I Started:
I started with Tae-kwon-do when I was 10. A acouple years later I started grappling, than I boxed for a few years to get my hands ready for mma. I'v had 8 figts in 3 weight divisions never leaving the first round. I was a fan of the UFC since '93. I'v only been lifting weights for about 3 years now.
Why I Love It:
Health, strength, confidence, plus since I stopped MMA fighting I need another goal to keep me going. Its just something I injoy.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at my results and knowing what I could be keeps me motivated. Plus I like to be a good roll model for my two boys.
BB Accomplishments:
I dont know if this belongs here but turning my problem of diabetis that I've had since I was 18 months old into a positive for dieting and lifting.

cninjachanged Weight from 177 lbs. to 178 lbs., a 1 lb. gain in 26 days
this is me at 155 pounds right before a fight. Everytime I would lose weight I would lose alot of muscle mass too. I decided I want my bodyfat low but I want to keep my muscle

Goal (Long):
I want people to stare. Plus I want to keep my body fat down this winter. Right wrist has healed up from surgery now I gotta get through this with my left wrist till surgery in Dec.
Motivation is low as I'm geting wrist surgery in 5 days. Its been low for about a month. After the surgery I got plans on eating super clean. And I will not let the surgery get me down. I will still do legs, abs and cardio. And I cant say I wont eat like a pig on Chrismas.
Hi! Training is going well. I feel very strong but still need to work on these abs. I've improved but still have some work yet. how are you? looking mighty strong. :D
