When I Started:
How I Started:
I started with Tae-kwon-do when I was 10. A acouple years later I started grappling, than I boxed for a few years to get my hands ready for mma. I'v had 8 figts in 3 weight divisions never leaving the first round. I was a fan of the UFC since '93. I'v only been lifting weights for about 3 years now.
Why I Love It:
Health, strength, confidence, plus since I stopped MMA fighting I need another goal to keep me going. Its just something I injoy.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at my results and knowing what I could be keeps me motivated. Plus I like to be a good roll model for my two boys.
BB Accomplishments:
I dont know if this belongs here but turning my problem of diabetis that I've had since I was 18 months old into a positive for dieting and lifting.

Goal (Long):
I want people to stare. Plus I want to keep my body fat down while putting muscle on. Right wrist has healed up from surgery now I gotta get through this with my left wrist till surgery in Dec.
Well my wrist has healed up pritty good. I'm back to work and lifting heavy again. Plus my diet has been going great with the exception of this weekend as I had afew to many drinks for my b-day. lol. But I've made lots of progress, losing body fat without losing to much muscle, and thats...
No progress as of yet,thus no new photo updates under the progress section,kinda stagnating at the moment,due to sleeping irregularity's. So im laying off competing this year,and will try and kick back hard next year.
thats good news about the wrist man. My tendon is finally healing up, it seemed like one of those lingering pains that you hate the most. How was the day, what did you train?
its going good. yesterday I started my training session at 6 a.m. like usual. Cardio and abs. Then the other instructors and i had to train for world championships coming up in a few weeks. We started at 9 and got done at 12. Once finisihed i had to go to the gym for my weight training session. shoulders. brutal. and after that it was off to my martial arts school to teach classes until 9. i was wipped out.
