How I Started:
I looked in the mirror after I got out of the shower on campus and realized this is not what i want to look like especially at college. I want to look physically fit, be confident of myself, attract girls, and definitely stay away from the freshman 15-30. Also once i came home after the first few months of college i noticed my brother since i was away had lost 80 pounds and was working out eating healthy. Alot of feedback after the first few weeks when i started eating healthy i lost some weight i got compliments so, in turn i just got out there and went all out on working out losing weight gaining muscle.
Why I Love It:
I feel that besides getting in shape physically, i also repair myself mentally whereas i can come to the gym and iam in my own world and i just feel good get away from the exams, studying, lol all that nonsense. There are so many benefits from going to the gym that are unexplainable.
How I Stay Motivated:
I talk to my brother tell him how my progress is going and i will be totally honest with him and if he feels i have gone off track too much he will tell me and motivate me with some of his encouraging speeches. Seriously he is a good speaker.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing so far, just want to be really physically fit, and possibly compete in competitions.
