To get bf down below 10%, while still adding quality muscle.
Goal (Long):
To keep living a healthy lifestyle by eating right, being active...consistently adding muscle and lowering bodyfat. Future goal is to be 225 lbs with 6% bf. Hopefully get into the fitness industry, whether it be personal training, competing, modeling, etc.

You look awesoome and the progress you've made in the midsection is incredible. Yours abs are really starting to show well and you are starting to see that all the work has been well worth it Awesome physique - mass and definition. Keep at it!

Abs definitions is coming along as you wanted...Can definitely see the difference from July of last year and August of this year...
