I have been an athelete all of my life: soccer, cheer, dance, track, lifting, eating clean. My dad was a bodybuilder back in the day and I definitely inherited his genes for it!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel and look great! Gives me the routine and discipline I desire. It's an amazing stress reliever and keeps me sane! I love pushing out that last rep or increasing the weight and pushing HARD!
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation to succeed... Push comes from my wonderful trainer, my boyfriend and family and friends. The chills I get when I see the changes in my body or achieve the rewards of competing are motivating!
BB Accomplishments:
Competed in my first 3 figure shows several weeks apart; placed 2nd in the first and 1st in the second and third!
Next accomplishment...the elusive OVERALL win!
Will have a photo in the August 2008 issue of Muscular Development magazine - check out the "what's hot" section!
Gain as much muscle as possible before my next contest prep!
Goal (Long):
My quads/legs are really difficult to build since I'm 5'10" with long muscles. I absolutely want them to grow so I roll on the foam roller every night and brutalize them when i workout.
my upper body is my strength and gets in shape/gains muscle relatively quickly.
I want an all over more voluminous look to my muscle so that I remain full when I hit the prep diet!
From my wonderful trainer, Rob Pyfer, at the Fit By Design studion in Gold's Gym. If we aren't working out together I utilize one of our previous workouts or put one together on my own.
Stay focused on Nationals! YOu've got the physique . . . you can take it! I'm doing an NPC show here is the ATL area. It's August 15th! Much work to do!
