Yeah...junior year in high school...weighed in at AT LEAST 250. ...and no, I wasn't goth. How many goths you know wear Nike, eh??  My legs look leaner, but still very little, if any, definition...upper body is still coming along nicely, though!

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Head off to OCS in the fall and be a great officer with the US Army.
Goal (Long): I want to serve my community and country and be in as great a shape as possible. This includes improving my running endurance (my mile time was 7:48, now it's pushing 9:30ish...yikes), push up numbers (30/minute), sit ups (definitely need work - 35/minute), and pull ups/hang time. I want my weight under 150 and my body fat around 15-17%, without losing too much of my strength.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 15%

What do y'all do for your calves?? Mine suck. In fact, they're TOP on the list of body parts I want to change...I do a varied style of training for my calves, from heavy/low rep to moderate/high rep exercises...but still look like crap!!

What kinds of exercises do you do? What set/rep...

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I was doing some research on them and I don't see myself switching from what I already use. LOL. I think they're also going to be selling Muscle Tech and Opt. Nutrition stuff as well, so I'll just stick with that
