...my dad bought me a gym membership. I fell in love with the iron and how it shaped me...
Why I Love It:
I like seeing the changes in my body and the curves of my muscles...plus, I like being strong...helps my run time, too...
How I Stay Motivated:
I have goals. I remind myself constantly of those goals...plus, I don't want to ever go back to the girl I was four years ago...I want to serve my country and do so in the best shape possible. I want to be fit to serve...and lead. My fiance is big on the bodybuilding, too, so he helps me out. I love lifting at the gym with him!

Get back on track...fell off the wagon, and hard!! *sigh*
Goal (Long):
I want to serve my community and country and be in as great a shape as possible. This includes improving my running endurance (my mile time was 7:48, now it's pushing 9:30ish...yikes...UPDATE: last time I ran a mile, it was about 8:15!), push up numbers (30/minute), sit ups (definitely need work - 35/minute), and pull ups/hang time. I want my weight under 150 and my body fat around 15-17%, without losing too much of my strength.
So...my dumbass considered a three wise men one shot...not three...so when I was trying to figure out why I felt like ass today, I didn't think I drank that much...whoops. I had *at least* three wise men...in addition to some tequilla, a lot of ameretto sours, and who knows what else...I had...
Awesome. Stay strong and do what you can. You'll be alright and don't be demoralized by all the other folks in PTs. You're getting a lifelong blessing they only wish they had.
