How I Started:
I would usually work out (mostly cardio) a couple of times a week when school permitted. My current boyfriend got me into my current routine of working out 5 days a week. I started out with a lot of cardio with some weight training, and I am not hitting the weights harder.
Why I Love It:
I feel really good about myself when I can start to see results, which makes me want to work out more. Also I'm beginning to start to get a sense of euphoria when I work out hard enough.
How I Stay Motivated:
Again, with seeing my own results, and my boyfriend keeps me on my toes on those mornings when I'd rather be lazy.
That's cool!! I always wanted to be a baseball player, but that never came true. So, I guess being in the military was what I was suppose to do for my life. Information Technology is what I am majoring in, same career field I am doing now. What ya got planned for the weekend?
Sounds like a good semester!! I am taking two classes this upcoming term. Of course I can't remember the names of the classes. I think one is research for the IT professional and the other is Introduction to LAN or WAN technologies. Hopefully I will finish this program by 2011 so I can work on my Bachelors degree. What is ur major?
