Started heading back to the gym early in the morning to get me through traffic on the way to work. Ther is no traffic at 4am, its great

Great people at my gym that I like to see in the morning helps, plus if I sleep in it takes 1.5 hours to get to work so that motivates me to get up early and make the drive in 45 minutes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My spine is a little crooked and when I lift too much standing I pinch a nerve in the same place and it usually takes 3-4 weeks to get to where I can lift again

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
For me it is Squats or someting like a deadlift. Even with good form a lot of weight can pt pressure on the bad spot in my back.
