DB Flat Bench- 2x10 (warm-up sets)
3x8-10 (working sets)
Incline BB Press- 4x8-10
[SUPERSET]:
Machine Chest Press- 3x15
Peck Deck- 3x15
Cable Crossovers- 3 Dropsets (12/12/12)
Weighted Dips- 4xFailure up to 10. Focus on eccentric (negatives)
Overhead low-pulley extensions- 3x12
