Yes

I twisted my shoulder too far one time but it recovered with rest.

that's good stuff too - almost forgot. once you get over 15, you might even want to go stronger...LOL but I use patches of mole skin to be safe. a hot shower with bloddy nipples only needs to happen once...OUCH. keep up the good work, running is more rewarding then BB in my opinion...nobody judges you, your time is is your time and the clock doesn't lie or have favorites...

dependent on the weather...I like to wear the Under Armor tight shorts under a pair of medium length running shorts. I'm not into the short stuff. On top, cool max materials. On long runs, be careful of "nipple bleeding"...sounds gross but common. Use bandaids or vaseline before you head out...

yeah your right. Being in the desert makes things a lil harder since its hard to make a decent meal with chowhall food. Ive just decided to focus on the gym and try to eat as good as possible and take whatever comes with it.
