Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I twisted my shoulder too far one time but it recovered with rest.

yeah your right. Being in the desert makes things a lil harder since its hard to make a decent meal with chowhall food. Ive just decided to focus on the gym and try to eat as good as possible and take whatever comes with it.

Thanks for the compliment of saying i'm cut man! that means alot! Actually, all i've done is just stay consistent with my workouts, eat clean, and add some cardio! I want to get a little more cut and then i'm just going to try and maintain my shaped but get stronger...

thanks, diet is the key to losing bf. I don't do a whole heck of a lot of cardio, but obviously, that helps. i only do it after weight training. looks like you got the size!
