Heidilicious Hey, how are doing with your food? The first step is to start eating clean and only take supplements for fine tuning. If your results are based on supplements alone then they disappear as soon as you stop taking them. You can take a pre-workout if you have no allergies to the ingredients. Try getting a clean diet first and you will be amazed by the results. Hope this helps. Jun 25, 2012 8:52pm
