To start off I grew up like most kids eating what ever I wanted and I was a very chubby child. I reached my highest weight of 170 lbs in 9th grade and decided it was time to lose weight. Over that summer I returned to 10th grade weighing about 125lbs and by the time I was 21 I weighed about 115lbs. I was able to lose the weight after both of my children but even at 115-125 I still carried allot of uneeded fat. My husband got really active in bodybuilding and became a certified fitness trainer. I have been working out on and off and in this my next step is to start my 12-16 week cut to lose most all of my body fat.
Why I Love It:
It makes me more emotionally balanced, I feel better all around, I am more active with my children.
I love the way that people admire others for being in shape. It funny how people think you know some secret when in fact it boils down to this, " Eat clean and work out".
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband is a big help! There are many people who motivate and inspire me but Id have to say that Jamie Eason is my biggest motivation...
Also I attend local bodybuilding competitions and seeing other women that come in with great physique and lean pushes me to want to do it more.

I have had a passion for the fitness industry for quite a long time and it has been a process of babysteps in getting myself to succeed. I workout allot but this go around I am full fledge doing a strict cutting phaze in order to reach my goal of being the leanest I have ever been. I have begun a 12 week cut with a maintenence diet of 2 weeks there after then following with a 8 week cut bringing me up to competition date. In reaching this I will fullfill my goal of competeing and begin my path towards competeing from there on out. My Ultimate Goal in the end: to gain about 20lbs of muscle naturally and competeing at my leanest I can be prefecting it over and over.
Well hello there.. I do NOT think stud is the appropriate word... slack ass is better.. ha ha. I am starting it up again as of yesturday. So I will get some more pics up soon!

I definately know what you mean...just found out that I will be moving soon to get ready for a deployment...i wish you the best of luck on your prep..i hope you keep me informed of everything and so will I if you want...
Hey Candice...you are right ..that is why my wife and I are trying to get there...if I do we will have to train together sometime.....my training unfortuantly has been halted with a broken hand...it sounds like you are doing great...cant wait to see some pics...take care and keep in touch..
