How I Started: It started as something I did, so I would feel better with myself. I was getting a little to lazy. After starting the training, a few years went by, then I really started to get the hang of it - Now I can't stop again.
Why I Love It: I love the way, it gives me, the possibility, of shaping my body. That it gives me so much energy. And when you have one of those "off-days", you just go to the gym. I forget all the problems when I'm training.
How I Stay Motivated: It's just something I do. I love the training, that is all the motivation I need. Love what you are doing, then you will go far.
BB Accomplishments: Aiming for a few of those - But none yet.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to get my body ready to compete.
Goal (Long): My goal is to enter the competetion - Athletic Fitness, in sept. 2008! I think i'm about average now, but it is definitely not good enough. That is why i push myself to limit everyday, to gain the muscle i need, and then get ready to cut down. My bodyfat is 8% now, it must be between 4-5%.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 4%

I love the way training makes it possible, to shape and tone your body as you want! Building each an every muscle up, from the bottom. A lot of people that i know from the gym, ask me a lot of questions when we talk. Why can't i see it yet, why is my stomac still without muscle, why don't...

Tak :D Træner faktisk ikke mave mere end resten af kroppen. Har bare haft en veltrænet længe pga fodbold på eliteplan. Nu styrketræner jeg 1-2 gange om ugen udover mit fodbold :D vil du deltage i en konkurrence? :D

hey Bro lookin strong! Hows things in Denmark, I definitly agree with you, the gym is a good place to forget my problems and fcus on building some muscle. Your signature is cool too keep liftin heavy and your goals will be accomplished before you know it
