I was single for a while and decided that if I got fit it would be easier to meet girls.... Then I got addicted to the gym and I eventually met my Wife. Then got lazy, and have since found Crossfit, and now I am back into the game... and addicted again.
Why I Love It:
I like to feel powerful. I like to look good. I like the energy I have after working out. Pukie the clown will kick my ass if I don't love it....lol

Now I sit at a desk all day apposed to working hard all day... I have been doing Crossfit for one month as of May 22, 2009. I want to help people learn about Crossfit. Hey, yeah was wondering about how settling in was going for you.So as your back at it you must be all good?Be interesting to see how your stratergy goes on those deads.I actually did a 195kg lift thats 429.9 lbs felt heavy to me!Still my body weight is abit light really at mo.
