I was single for a while and decided that if I got fit it would be easier to meet girls.... Then I got addicted to the gym and I eventually met my Wife. Then got lazy, and have since found Crossfit, and now I am back into the game... and addicted again.
Why I Love It:
I like to feel powerful. I like to look good. I like the energy I have after working out. Pukie the clown will kick my ass if I don't love it....lol

Just a little info, I injured my knee yesterday. I was doing some fairly light but still heavy for me front squats, when I felt a really bad pain in my knee, so I have been icing, and resting it since, but I can't bend it past 15 degrees without excruciating pain... So I will be going to see...

From what I've read in the forums...APT is a pretty good place to get them. You'll read where they say it's good to use them and bad. Everyone has an opinion.
Hey man, thanks for checking in. The biggest PR so far lately has been finally achieving a 300 in Fight Gone Bad. I had been stuck around 289 and put up a 300 exactly the day after Thanksgiving. How about you?
It's been hard with college. But yeah in fact, some good numbers on the bench press (for me). Although I believe I'm starting to get some shoulder lesions... kindof a bummer. How 'bout you and that wrecked knee. What's that all about?

Thanks for stopping by. Things are going well in the gym, just finished the 3rd week of a 5x5 workout. Trying to increase strength and mass at this time. The eating on the other hand is not so well, I have failed a little the last few days with holiday chocolates that have been brought in the office.
