I was single for a while and decided that if I got fit it would be easier to meet girls.... Then I got addicted to the gym and I eventually met my fiancé. Then got lazy,
Why I Love It:
I like to feel powerful. I like to look good. I like the energy I have after working out.
I want to lose Body Fat!!! I want people to try Crossfit!
Goal (Long):
I want to be hot for my wife on our wedding day!!! I know that it will take a lot, because I have been there before. But I have one more challenge than before. Now I sit at a desk all day apposed to working hard all day...
I have been doing Crossfit for one month as of May 22, 2009. I want to help people learn about Crossfit.
I want to lose another 15% bodyfat.
Hey all, just wanted to let you know I got a 425lb deadlift yesterday and now hold the deadlift record at Crossfit Kelowna! I am pretty excited but I still feel I have more in me. I would like to hit 500lb by the end of the year.
Ahh right, ok will do that after this program im on.I was doing like 3 sets of 8 145 to about 155 kg now im on 3 sets of 12 105 kilo's.Periodic higher weights less reps.So ok will get my act together next couple weeks. Thanks for the information very helpful and i will keep watching you grow in power and strength.Michael.
Total pleasure, love deads just need some more strength and body weight me thinks.Still you keep me thinking its all worth the wait and the "weight",lol.
Do you think there is something that will help me other than what i mentioned on those gorgeous deads?
No problem man, it's an impressive lift! And thanks for the friendship! Hope you get that 500lb-er like you're aiming for, let me know how the progress goes!
The good: no more stabbing/burning/tearing/grind ing!
The bad: feel like I've got a terrier clamped on to my lower back (pinching/biting)!
Did some stretching earlier and will see how I feel later. How goes that Crossfit?

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allow me to believe that I can make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Thanks for the jump rope comment. After I did it I was like, I should have been doing this all along. Gotta get my rhythm back though, I was a little off. Keep pulling that iron!
I am steadily lossing weight and inches but it is slow going. But that is better than having nothing happen. I am just taking it one day at a time and remaining happy with any progress at this time. Looks like you are doing well. Thanks for stopping by.
Hey! I've tried the flipped grip with the barbell rows, and it actually also works well! ;) =D I mean, just look at my charts =P today I went up sky high (for me :P ) So yeah. That worked! thanks! Let me know if there's something wrong in doing that on that exercise. Thanxs again!
Hey Cameron:
I am so glad that you have found a program that works for you. You sound and look like you are enjoying it and that really helps in your fitness journey. I wish you nothing but success. Keep me in the loop with your progress.
Stay strong, focused and determined.
I hit plateaus regularly, so I'm very glad I've kept logs here and off-line. Looking back, I'm happy to see I've continued to make progress. My route may be pockmarked with setbacks, but it definetly leads to my goal. How are things for you?

As long as you are working out using resistance training and some form of aerobic exercise, which I believe you are doing, it will work for you and I bet you are seeing some positive results. I wish you nothing but success and look foreword to hearing how you are progressing. Stay strong, focused and determined.
Thanks for the good words. I agree that something is better than nothing. That is what keeps me going, even if it is only one or two days. I know I will get better. I hope things are going well for you.
