I was single for a while and decided that if I got fit it would be easier to meet girls.... Then I got addicted to the gym and I eventually met my Wife. Then got lazy, and have since found Crossfit, and now I am back into the game... and addicted again.
Why I Love It:
I like to feel powerful. I like to look good. I like the energy I have after working out. Pukie the clown will kick my ass if I don't love it....lol

I want to be hot for my wife on our wedding day!!! I know that it will take a lot, because I have been there before. But I have one more challenge than before. Now I sit at a desk all day apposed to working hard all day...
I have been doing Crossfit for one month as of May 22, 2009. I want to help people learn about Crossfit.
I want to lose another 15% bodyfat.
I am trying to stay out of my truck as much as possible this winter, so I started riding my bicycle to work today. It is 5.1 km, and it took my 13 minutes, which is not bad for my first ride in a while. oh, and it is a mountain bike not a street bike. so I averaged about 23.5 kph.

Hey, glad things are going well.As for the tire lift like that what a eye opener lol.Such quality strength.Had abit of time out off deads but back at it now just 145kg but hey im doing it!
