How I Started:
Started by attempting to loose weight. Lost 30 lbs in 4 months and enjoy working out so much that I am looking to make drastic changes to my physique now.
Why I Love It:
It's a great stress reliever; it also feels great to constantly be working towards new goals
How I Stay Motivated:
i will weigh 250lbs and bench 225lbs by January 1, 2010. - currently 275lbs and max bench is unknown.
BB Accomplishments:
bench press has increased 90 lbs with minimal training in 6 months

Here we are over 1 year later and I gotta say I went from being very focused to being very busy and unable to get in the gym like I want. I am lucky to get in 2 times a week and have lost most of my muscle mass as well as replaced it with fat. I plan on starting a new diet next week with my wife...
Look I need to run away really no BS. I dont know but I was thinking to the Stock Yards I dont know dont want to spend a lot of money but I dont want to remember much. I may go to south america good chance of having fun and not being too expensive. Trying to train hard tuff to do with so much on my mind.
Get off your ass and get into the gym it will help you at work and at home and its something you and sis can do together to encourage each other. Quit your sniveling.
