I get the most gains when I eat a very clean diet consisting of mostly protein with some carbs and healthy fats.

Start eating at 12-1pm (Intermittent Fasting)

1. Gold Standard Whey protein shake 2 scoops with milk

2. 425g Tuna or Large chicken or beef schnitzel

3. Cup of Rice & Apple or medium bowl of oats

5. Sirloin steak

6. Whole head of broccoli & or green beans

7. Whatever is for dinner

8. Hot lemon & honey drink

Finish eating 6-8pm

TLdouggie I eat I eat a lot and all th and all the time I have always been to go up an to go up and down with m with my weight I am 285 right no but will g but will go down 2 about 250 in about a month or so but I am feeling really strong so I'm a try to max out on bench and see how close to my goal I ca I can get Sep 8, 2012 1:01am

TLdouggie The big 35, as far as mass I would just say eat eat eat your ass off. Just watch what you eat, last week I put on 20 pounds in 4 days on vacation on a cruise but now I have to drop it this next week or so. But you gotta eat and lift heavy. A lot of people will tell you to take supplements but if your eating good you should be fine. I love food so much but that's why I'm fat Sep 7, 2012 2:05am

Going4Swole Well, maybe the more results you get, you might change your mind about competing. I started out seriously about 3 yrs ago. Before that I lifted some in school, but not much. I wrestled from 5 grade thru college and then on leagues after college. I was always trying to keep weight down for that. What's your weight and other asthetic goals right now? Aug 29, 2012 9:47pm
