I get the most gains when I eat a very clean diet consisting of mostly protein with some carbs and healthy fats.
Start eating at 12-1pm (Intermittent Fasting)
1. Gold Standard Whey protein shake 2 scoops with milk
2. 425g Tuna or Large chicken or beef schnitzel
3. Cup of Rice & Apple or medium bowl of oats
5. Sirloin steak
6. Whole head of broccoli & or green beans
7. Whatever is for dinner
8. Hot lemon & honey drink
Finish eating 6-8pm
