How I Started:
I have taken a year off and I have lost my total overall strength and muscle but I am still a whole lot stronger then I was when I started 2 years ago. So I am some what starting over, but I expect to see immediate results within the month after the initial endurance build up and stuff.
Why I Love It:
Clears my mind. Helps me deal with people
How I Stay Motivated:
Used to be Get bigger and bigger now I just want to get better and better
BB Accomplishments:
We will see if I can top my personal best records I have previously achieved. 315 bench (bad rotator cuff), 425 dead lift 2 times, 425 squat, 225 shoulder press, 150 barbell curl
