My name is Mike and I'm just starting want the desire to become stronger and more cut.I started getting into the weight room more frequently because I want the physique of a champ and that's what you have. I already am in pretty good shape since I've been on swim team for awhile and just finished 1 year in the college level. I was wondering if you could put up your workouts and supplements you use so I can follow and get my body to wear yours is. Looking forward to hearing back from you!
