I want to live a healthy life. Alzheimer's Disease, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure,Glaucoma....basically you name it and someone in my family has it. So far I'm the only one in my family who hasn't been diagnosed with anything and is not on any kind of medication. That is more than enough motivation for me.
