How I Started:
I've been lifting weights since I was 16, although I haven't got real serious until the last couple of years. In the last year I've really been pushing myself and picking up the heavy weights.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel and definition it gives my body. I also love being strong, it helps me in everything I do.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like writing down everything I lift and looking back and seeing how far I've come. I also have a couple friends who work out with me during our lunch break, we keep each other motivated and keep it fun.

Being able to do a pull up.

It Saturday night and I'm sitting at home (lame) so I figured I'd write a little.  I started working out with a trainer one day a week and I love it so much (the fact that he's really hot doesn't hurt either). I always thought I knew what I was doing and didn't need someone to stand there...

hey hun,good to see you still hard at it...dont think i will be hitting Vagas! my buddy booked today flights are actually cheap probably due to the resession! lol..but between my leg and my shoulder theres just too many injurys! Was thinking of goin for the support but would only do my head in not being able to compete! hope your keeping well.
