When I Started:
Oct, 2006
How I Started:
My friend's little brother was always skinny, small and fat. I had not seen him in a few years and in that time he got into weight lifting. Anyway based on the transformation of his body it inspired me to examine my own possibilities. I always talked about getting stronger but never diligently pursued it.
His name was Thomas....and thank you whevever you are.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling pumped. I feel good about myself and seeing my body slowly change. I also love setting and reaching goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I enjoy lifting, as it is an escape, so I have no problems in this area.
Looking at people's bodyspace pages makes me want to hit the next level.
BB Accomplishments:
When I first started, I could barely bench the BAR for 5-6 reps. Now I can rep the same amount at 175.
I know for most it isn't that impressive of a life but I am proud to how much progress I have made.

clsichanged Weight from 162.5 lbs. to 164 lbs., a 1.5 lb. gain in 24 days
"Lifted" for a little over two years. Most of it wasted, as I had no idea what I was doing or eating. So I mark this date my new beginning.
This is the end of my cut from 175.5 to 145.5.
161, put on a little fat but for most part have had solid lifts.
hate my love handles, and my hour glass figure. Still motivated for the time I go under 10% BF....one day
I don't know why but I feel like giving a rant of the types of people I find annoying.
1. the pack of friends: usually are weak as piss and rotate in a group of 5. They take up stations for long periods of time and tend to socialize A LOT.
Hey there, just saw your comment. Hope the LSAT went great. Law school will be like nothing you've ever done before but if you are disciplined it'll be a breeze. And when I say disciplined, I mean begin to study for finals a month before :D.
hey hey hey, don't diss my Sushi house!!! i have been practically everywhere in socal to find something that measures up, there is nothing better! the lion king roll? omg! i will hurt u
hey, at least PH is 30 minutes away from the best sushi place EVER! seriously, its the only reason i go home.
and honestly i would love to be that kind of dietician. my program is 3 years, they just made the bachelors supplemental with the masters (usually its 4 years). So i will be graduating in june! frick finally..
haha, no worries, lots of people ask questions about the dietician thing. If i'm working as a clinical dietician in a hospital i am set up on a salary basis, usually the rate is 25+ per hr, depends where u work. There are other areas than the hospital that i could work, like the cafeteria managing the meals that leave and the workflow, or even in some of the poverty-stricken areas that deal with state-funded programs and counseling people. it all depends what i want to do with it.
ah i cant say which for fear of the stalking. Not saying you would but i dont take chances. I agree, it would be fun to do entertainment law but i think id play it safe with business. Im not much of a risk taker when it comes to making $$ tho.:)
Im thinking international business is where im headed but who knows. Im keeping an open mind going into 1L, but ill have to make a decision before 2L on a specialization. I just want something fun and in demand. Do you have any idea yet?
