not lookin shabby yourself there mister:D
you got it all together, looks like some visceral fat is still showing through... lower the sodium intake for a few weeks and you'd be even better! not to say you're not lovely to look at as is...

There's nothing wrong with being skinny... but you're on a bodybuilding website.
How's lifting going?

Hiya. You never told me how those side-lying DB rows went?

Oh you will like them. Side lying dumbbell curls.
Make sure to start with a 10-15er and get those reps in, you'll really feel it into the insertion point of your deltoids, the tuberosity of your humerus. Just make sure you're keeping it all close to your chest, and if you have the flexibility then lift the DB up to your sternum, leading with the elbow of course.
If you steal them, then I will make you my bitch. End of story. Or maybe it'd just be the beginning? :D

Never heard of them.
These are best described as laying on ones side off a flat bench. Using the top arm, grab a dumbell off of the ground and pull it in a row like fashion until the humerus is parallel with the ground or higher.
