Fitness/Figure Training has always been a facination of mine...I finally put it into action after "surfing" the web and reading all magazines and any learning information I could gather. I look at pictures of the bodies and dreamed of being focused and committed enough to get mine in that shape....Now I'm doing it!!
Why I Love It:
The mindframe I get after a workout - the positive attitude - gained self security - the discipline - it makes me feel so good mentally and physically - proving to myself I can do this!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures, read, learn, read more, ask questions from experts, seeing the difference already in my muscles/body motivates me to work even harder - being proud of myself for staying committed motivates me to keep going!
BB Accomplishments:
Total body transformation - to go from the "skinny fat" look to the lean "skin over muscle" look

My goal to to set a date, weather it be an actual competition or just prepare for one, and then work toward a total body transformation in that time frame. I have always been facinated with womens fitness, especially figure training but have never stayed committed. I have been on every website reading, printing, making my own binder of diets, exercises and articles from experts in the field and I am finally applying them to reach my goal. I have hired a trainer and I now workout 3 days a week at the gym and have made my home office into a gym and workout at home 3 days also!!!
It is exciting to see the changes in my body already these past 4 weeks and I am so excited to keep seeing the changes and results of this new lifesytle I'm making for myself.
I would recommend it to anyone!! It not only makes you look and feel physically better, the new "mindframe" it puts you in is incredible - condfidence, security, overall positive thinking about yourself. It amazes me how powerful your own mind can be when you apply it to a goal -
I was told that even if you have the best trainer, facility and equipment, it won't matter if your mind is weak....you will give up!!! You have to prove to yourself that you can change your mindset from weak to strong....during which, your body will change right along with it!! I...
Well first of all..Hi! I hope you had a great week. As far as that topic..it's just going to take time for the body to burn that fat source. I had the same problem and I still have it on the back upper area of my legs. Lots of good cardio and clean diet is the only remedy. I have learned to be patient as I get older and it is so important to give your body time. Have you tried adding more walking or jogging?
Hi Connie! Thanks for all your sweet comments. I walked on the treadmill 1 hr everyday at 4-5mph and lost 2lbs a week. It took me several months just to lose weight. Then I started working with weights to tone up!I also did this first thing in the morning before breakfast when your body burns lots of fat!
