How I Started:
I've always been very active but recently found and interest in shaping my body. As each year passes, I hear individuals complain about getting old and blaming age on their physical changes. I'm committed to proving them all wrong and committed to not letting age dictate the future of my physical shape.
Why I Love It:
There aren't many things in life I can control but this is one that I can. I can control what I eat and how I choose to look.
