How I Started:
The gym has always been my second home..but not until recently have I taken it more seriously.. I'm more focused on lifting now..cardio's an add on. I never realized just how important meticulous timing and calculation was regarding food intake.. also never realized just how horrible I looked until I put up my pics on here in the beginning..
Why I Love It:
Some ppl find going to the gym to be a chore, that I've never understood.. it's my life, I love it, I'm addicted. The confidence it gives me spills over into every aspect of my life...
How I Stay Motivated:
-I have a ripped girl up on my wall with the body I want..visualization.
-I have to say putting pics up of my body is the hugest motivation I could ask for.. reality hit.
-YOU and everyone else on bodyspace motivates me.. the hugest motivational army anyone could ever ask for

Goal (Long):
I have exercised all my life and have hit a few plateaus because I've been sloppy with my programs. I am now pushing 110%, to the T for the perfect bod.. Long Term Goal: I would love to be a fitness model..one day:)

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
yes, the ab workout is a pain killer!!! lol it's so funny when i do them it's like I'm the only guy in the gym who is screaming because they really do hurt haha. and yes i also get a weird look when i eat my gummy also, i guess they are thinking, who eats candy after an workout haha.
that's cool. guess what haha i'm in the same team also haha. I joined the team awhile back ago and i still enjoy eating those gummy bear candy after a workout haha.
I am glad to hear nothing serious is wrong. I hope the tightness in ur neck goes away. I did a 3.5 mile run this morning and it was cold and wet outside. oh, well, army life!! How are u doing on ur goals?
