Overall Goal: I have`nt train for about 6 months and dammmmm did that have effect on my body. This is probably the first time in 20 years I havent done some kind of exercise. I hate myself for that and I am on a mission to get back in shape.

How I Started:
When I left school the cycling bug got hold of me. Wanted to try something else and started playing squash....Now there is a sport/ activity that will make you sweat. One of my ex GF said that I am a bit skinny and I decided mmmmm eat more hamburgers or go to gym....eeerrr I choosed gym and got hooked on it about 7 years ago and being training on and of since then.
Why I Love It:
you work hard on your body or a body part and slowly you start seeing the results. I love the sweat, pain, time and money that I spend and seeing the results at the end .... its like having an exercise orgasm. :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I read mags. Muscle & Fitness and Muscle Evolution (SA mag). Reading about other peoples achievements. But generally its just something inside me that drives me... its a passion!!!!!
