How I Started:
I always enjoyed being physically fit and working out at the gym, but I didnt get serious about it until about 2 years ago. From that point, I started to read books, watch what I eat and the many other things needed to be successful in the weight room. I was in top physical condition until about 3 months ago at which I went into the hospital for something serious. Due to this, I lost a large amount of muscle/weight since I had to be in bed for several months. I am now in the process of building back the muscle I lost and pursuing my goals in fitness.
Why I Love It:
No other feeling on earth can bring out the high that you get after a good workout and the attention you get for being fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting goals, always staying positive and learning from the person who is 1 step ahead of me.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to be where I wanted to be at my set goal time.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to not only gain 10 pounds more of muscle by the end of 6 months, but to have a body fat index of 5%. I want to achieve this goal so I will be in top physical condition and possibly pursue opportunities as a fitness model.
