How I Started:
Alway been into sports, mostly soccer and softball. I started lifting weights while I was deployed to the Middle East. There isn't a whole lot to do when you aren't working so the gym seemed to be the healthy place for me to be.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I'm working out. No mater what is going on in my life, when I am in the gym I feel like I am in control, I know exactly what my body is feeling, and I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my progress pictures helps...also being able to fit into smaller pants.
BB Accomplishments:
While I was in the military I was down to 15% body fat...it was great! I want to be there again

I felt so bloated and terrible all the time. I knew it was time to get back to the gym!
Taken on 3/19/08...but I want it to come up with the oldest side pic.
Increase in strength and lower my body fat percentage
Goal (Long):
I have a lot of muscle, but I want to be more lean and toned.
I want to have ripped arms, where I can see definition in the bicep, shoulder and tricep. I want a six pack. I also want defined legs...I seem to carry a lot of muscle on my legs and yet not show much definition.
What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
That guy that does huge weights but has terrible form. He looks like a goober.

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
I really like "protien pudding", it is a tasty way to have some protien before bed.
1 scoop of protien (any kind you like)
2 Tablespoons of sugar free pudding (any kind you like)
1 cup milk
Mix it all together and put it into the fridge. It needs about 20 minutes to set. This recipe makes 2 servings, but you can eat the whole thing depending on the amount of protien you want. I really like "protien pudding", it is a tasty way to have some protien before bed.

Aww..thanks for thinking of coming and for the compliment!! I think I've seen you coming to the gym in the mornings as I'm leaving. I should try and stick around a little longer so we can actually 'meet!' I'm sure I'll be posting pics once its over. I can relate to your "why I love it" comment. No matter what is going on around me...when I hit my 10's and complete training for the day, it's all good. Keep up the good work. :) T
