How I Started:
I'm ready to get back in shape. I have gained 30 pounds in two years and I'm very frustrated with myself.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I'm working out. No matter what is going on in my life, when I am in the gym I feel like I am in control, I know exactly what my body is feeling, and I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
I get a motivational boost when my clothes start to fit differently.

Goal (Long):
I have a lot of muscle, but I want to be more lean and toned.
I want to have ripped arms, where I can see definition in the bicep, shoulder and tricep. I want a six pack. I also want defined legs...I seem to carry a lot of muscle on my legs and yet not show much definition.
Aww..thanks for thinking of coming and for the compliment!! I think I've seen you coming to the gym in the mornings as I'm leaving. I should try and stick around a little longer so we can actually 'meet!' I'm sure I'll be posting pics once its over. If I do well enough maybe I'll make Jim post some in the gym....LOL :) Have fun with your family in Reno!!!

I can relate to your "why I love it" comment. No matter what is going on around me...when I hit my 10's and complete training for the day, it's all good. Keep up the good work. :) T
