When I Started:
How I Started: Alway been into sports, mostly soccer and softball. I started lifting weights while I was deployed to the Middle East. There isn't a whole lot to do when you aren't working so the gym seemed to be the healthy place for me to be.
Why I Love It: I love the way I feel when I'm working out. No mater what is going on in my life, when I am in the gym I feel like I am in control, I know exactly what my body is feeling, and I love it!
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing my progress pictures helps...also being able to fit into smaller pants.
BB Accomplishments: While I was in the military I was down to 15% body fat...it was great! I want to be there again

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Increase in strength and lower my body fat percentage
Goal (Long): I have a lot of muscle, but I want to be more lean and toned. I want to have ripped arms, where I can see definition in the bicep, shoulder and tricep. I want a six pack. I also want defined legs...I seem to carry a lot of muscle on my legs and yet not show much definition.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 17%

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
That guy that does huge weights but has terrible form. He looks like a goober.

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
I really like "protien pudding", it is a tasty way to have some protien before bed.

1 scoop of protien (any kind you like)
2 Tablespoons of sugar free pudding (any kind you like)

Aww..thanks for thinking of coming and for the compliment!! I think I've seen you coming to the gym in the mornings as I'm leaving. I should try and stick around a little longer so we can actually 'meet!' I'm sure I'll be posting pics once its over. If I do well enough maybe I'll make Jim post some in the gym....LOL :) Have fun with your family in Reno!!!
