Reason: My trainer introduced me to protein pudding! It is amazing! You can make it really well with Beverly International's Ultimate Muscle Protein. I like to add pumpkin pie spice or just eat it plain (it tastes like cake batter!). I also like Beverly International. They have high quality products.
