My cardio plan just changed at 4 weeks out. Now, I do cardio 4 days per week. I do two days of just steady-state cardio for 30 minutes. Another day is intervals on the eliptical for 30 minutes. The other day is Tabata for 4 sets of 4 minutes each exercise. TI just did the Tabata for the first time, and it kicked my butt. Its short, but awesome! My cardio plan just changed at 4 weeks out.
