Since this is my first competition, I would say that just sticking with contest prep for 16 weeks now has been a good accomplishment. Until now, I have never gone this long without "cheating" on my diet or skipping a workout during the week! I have also never been in this good of shape :-)

How many days per week do you do cardio?

What is your cardio exercise plan?
My cardio plan just changed at 4 weeks out. Now, I do cardio 4 days per week. I do two days of just steady-state cardio for 30 minutes. Another day is intervals on the eliptical for 30 minutes. ...more
