Cheezziitt :) Ur welcome, thx for the kind words. I too was an emotional eater, to this day I have the urges come back. So I can relate, its tough for sure! What helped me was only stocking the things I knew were ok to have around. So when I just couldn't handle it anymore I was eating greek yogurt or steamed veggies. I know blah.... but with a little seasoning these can taste soooo good and are less harmful if you binge. Let me know if I can help out, keep your chin high and I know you can do it!!!
