Realized I was getting on a bit and wasn't doing any exercise.
Weight training seemed as good as anything. I haven't looked back!
Why I Love It:
The feel good factor! Like looking muscular and strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Visiting BB.com and good feed back from my pictures helps.
BB Accomplishments:
I was quite a skinny guy before getting into weight training, certainly way under 160 pounds.
Now at nearly 50 I'm in better shape and far more muscular than at any other time in my life.
try some seated lateral raises with some heavy weighted dumbells, lean forward a nit and bring your arms up past shoulder height. it picked my neck up alot
hey man i have a quick question. Yesterday i got this weird numb feeling in my left knee. It doesn't hurt at all but its kind of uncomfortable. Do you think it is something to be concerned about or just one of those things that goes away in a couple days? I searched it and couldn't find much so i figured i'd ask somebody who might know. Fabulous arms. Good to see a guy over 40 with such great arms. Personally, I think a quick pit shave would make the pics look nicer, but that's just me. lol. Amazing you do this all at home, at least per your video, just goes to show what you can do with some simple gear loads of hard work and some favourable genetics.
