Build a lot of muscle mass and lose weight! Bench 350. Get Back The Abs.
Goal (Long):
I want to find a program that works where I can build a lot of muscle stay lean witout out taking a lot of supplements. I would love to obtain my ripped abs again. I'm 21 years old, I should be in better shape. I want to also build more endurance.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

I was told it when I took my first 'gym tour'. When I was introduced to my first gym, the instructor advised 20 reps for the quads and glutes. It made sense to me, seeing as the legs and glutes are resiliant having the job of walking round all day, which makes them the strongest muscles in the body. That's just what I'd advise and it works for me. But if you feel more gain from a different amount, then go with that. You should feel what's best for you. Thanks
Sorry I should have been clearer. I'll change that in my blog in a sec. That should be 'reps per set'. A set of ten reps, then another ten reps, then another...
