When I Started:
Apr, 2009
How I Started:
I was tired of being overweight. I was tired of buying a larger size in all my clothes, and having that favorite shirt that I had to stretch out just to get it to fit! Daily activities turn into a task because of my weight. Its time to make a change.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the changing on my body, in my mind and my familys lifestyle in general.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife is busting her ass too! It helps me a whole lot to work with her and keep eachother motivated. My roomate is also working very hard, so it makes it easy when the whole house is doing it together.
I am new to this blog crap, but what I am going to attempt to do is track workout's daily. I start a new workout routine on monday for 8 weeks. This may keep me on track a little better, and or help someone else that is in my shape when I started. Here we go...
sup buddy... i'm at about 182-185lbs now... i feel like my shoulders and back is a little bigger.. i'm really considering dropping to 170-175 and really rip up more instead of just focusing on bulking up. how are u coming along ?
