Overall Goal: I want to raise my bench max to over 400 pounds, i want to get my squat above 450, I want to get my deadlift above 600 I want to build my arms up to at least 17 or 18 inches, and i want to looked jacked... all by the end f my senior year

How I Started:
I got expelled from my high school and my parents placed me under house arrest for 4 months... I started working out and went from being a doughy 192 with a bench max of 175 to a cut 173 with a bench max of 245
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it keeps me healthy, keeps the ladies interested,Keeps me one of the strongest 15 year olds i know, and is an intense way to work off my stress and school life
How I Stay Motivated:
By watching old Arnold montages on youtube

raising my bench max 70 pounds in 4 months and dropping almost 20 pounds of fat

Goal (Long):
My current goals are to drop my bodyfat percentages to under 12 percent, raise my bench max at least 30 pounds over this summer, be able to run at least 3 miles with 2 10 pound ankle weights on,cut my abs more for some better definition, and increase vascularity in my arms.

All the time.So that they can keep me acountable and make me feel like crap if i veer off my fitness path

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Well i just eat a lot of food... mostly good for me but i have a cheat meal every week... I also take a few supplements so look in my supplement box to see what those are
ya i hungout a little with rachel last night and she said yall went 2 the movies....just tell me if u wanna chill dude u kno my #. i always have my cell phone. and i think im taking math and english first

haha i took the weekend off 4 workingout. im gunnna start up again monday. im cycling off creatine 4 a lil while and i got 2 servings left of noxplode, so basicaly its just protein/amino acids/zma 4 now
