Thats what Michael has started to do as well. He has gained 4 lbs of muscle last week and lost weight on his stomach so hes pumped!
Anytime!!! How have you been? Getting pumped up?!?! I have trying to get back into the swing of things since my knee surgery its been on and off, this week i should be back to my normal work schedule and workout and should be good to go
yea your right, man you progress pictures are ****in amazing, keep it up bud, that high rep day is a bitch, here in a few weeks ill give you an active cardio regimin, its the same one we did in morning runs in college and itll shred the hell outta fat, its hard thogh, but if it aint hard it aint worth doin, keep it up man, proud of ya
