I was a 122 pound freshman looking to get bigger for football when I found out that bodybuilding was just that much better of a sport. Since then, I stopped playing football and focused on the bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I've always had a thing for posing, even when I had nothing just a few years ago. But it is year round, that's always awesome, and it's a never ending challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that my final goal will be at the top of the bodybuilding world someday

* Completely transforming my physique.
* Placing 3rd in a Power Meet in 2007 in 155 pound weight class.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Oh yeah, at school I'm always the one who gets to carry the heavy load if something needs to be moved. I'm always happy to do it, though, especially if it's a study hall period.

I'm currently in the hypertrophy phase for the next 7 weeks. I like to to each workout and each exercise in 18-25 sets for 8-12 reps each time. I use a spotter to assist me to get 8 on certain sets. This is when muscle growth is at it's full strength.
