How I Started:
i started about 2 years ago well thats when i got serirous ...i was a tiny kid all my life at about 15 i started boxing. i did that for 3 years but i wasnt into pumping the iron and always had to stay light for fighting weight around 127 ... i didnt get serious about it until i ended up joining the army and met one of my best friends today hes a beast and showed me everything i know today and now its my life style ...eat lift sleep ...repeat
