How I Started:
I first started working out in high school. Football, wrestling and track all demanded different types of exercise and work outs. Football, however, taught me the most about the important fundamentals of weight lifting and cardio, as well as correlating the two together.
Why I Love It:
I love to feel healthy! My on-and-off again spurts of working out has proven to me how much better I feel both physically and mentally when I am healthy and in good shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping my friends and family involved helps me stay motivated for many reasons. Mainly though, it keeps me focused and on-track when it comes to my goals
BB Accomplishments:
Right out of highschool, I used what I had learned in my sports training to focus on weight training. I gained 26 pounds of muscle in about 10 weeks WITHOUT supplementation.

Live a healthy lifestyle and gain muscle to look and feel great! Possibly compete in the near future.
Goal (Long):
I have always been extremely active in sports. Football, wrestling, and track have been the most focused upon in high school. I was offered a partial scholarship to play football at a D1AA University and towards the end of my senior season tore my groin as well as suffered from a sports hernia. This hindered my ability to run and stay active, and therefore I had lost the opportunity to play college sports. I had hoped that I could have healed and eventually got back to 100% to play, however after several months of rehabilitation and training, I never got my speed back that I had before. When I graduated, I new I would probably never play an organized sport again and I started thinking about other options. My first and only thought was to start working out as hard as I could. The result of this was going from a thin 183 lbs to a ripped 209 lbs in about 8 weeks! My summer was amazing as far as feeling good about myself and getting attention from the ladies. After that summer, I started college full time and lost my urge to get to the gym. Before I knew it, TWO YEARS went by and I had completely lost my muscle tone and mass. My goal(s) is/are to be not only get in the best shape of my life, but to essentially gain muscle mass and loose the body fat that I do have! Once I determine my max-outs and measurements, I will determine goals to achieve accordingly. In order to achieve these goals, I know I must follow a strict workout program as well as focus my diet away from pretty much EVERYTHING that I’m eating now! I have done research on the workouts I will be doing, the diet I will be following and I am ready to work my ass off to “transform my body” and get in the best shape of my life!
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
