I was over 200lbs solid at the end of high school in 2000, I've always been in the 12-15% BF range. I took a weight training class for two years my Jr. and Sr. year and I played soccer for 8 years. After high school my weight began to drop as I worked out for health and not necessarily for gaining muscle. I leveled off at about 170 which remained for several years. Just recently after starting here, I got up to about 180 by the end of the summer this year, and now I remain around a steady 175.
Why I Love It:
You're probably thinking home gym = lame or not dedicated. My home gym rocks yours. I've got an olympic flat/declining bench and dumbell set, Bowflex type multi-machine, treadmill, elliptical trainer, the Ab-Swing, and a fitness ball.
How I Stay Motivated:
BB Accomplishments:
I'm a classic hardgainer. To give you an idea, in the period of 5/06 - 8/06 I was intaking 180-200g of protein and a fairly clean 3000-3500kc daily, workout was 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off. Routine was close to the classic 5x5 with the 5th set at failure, 2 bodyparts per day. I was using NO, CEE/krealkalyn, natural test booster, multi, whey isolate. I gained 8lbs - this was an accomplishment for me.

No..."home gym" doesn't suck. My trainers actually have always trained out of their home....got me a National title. Doesn't matter WHERE the equipment is....you just have to use it. Leigh Keess

I just answered an email from you today and can't believe that you're actually in the process of tracking and/or replacing my lost order. That is some great customer service! Rob
