I've completed two of the TT WO's plus I completed 700 weighted crunches with a 25 lb this week, I think I see some definition. Let's see if I can get another 700-800 weighted crunches in this week coming up !!!

Honestly, I'm just a fat guy that wanted to lose 20 lbs. I'm not really a bodybuilder, but you know what - it's fun to work towards that goal !!!

BF is down from 24% to 20%, weight is down from 217 to 209 lbs, I've been carb depleting, now I've started doing cardio for 45 minutes straight and Love'in it !!!

I had just finished swimming in the ocean and was running out of the water like James Bond, not....my daughter took this pic. This is after a heavy day of lifting Bloody Mary's starting at 11 am.
The bars were pushing Bud Light Lime hence all the necklaces :)

All this winter I could not lift chest or bi due to a bi injury, so I tried to get as much cardio in as possible, a lot of band sprints with bicycles for abs!!! Clean eating is ongoing.

Day 1 of Turbulence Training let's see if I can cut some bf with this.(Weight 206 lbs, waist 39, hips 44 (this is what TT wants you to measure). Let's see what happens.
